Ignyte Barre is not your average barre class. Ignyte Barre is the dynamic fusion of ballet foundations, resistance training, strength-based movements, and high-intensity cardio. This full body workout is designed to strengthen, sculpt, and develop muscular endurance.

Every Ignyte Barre series is made up of a sequence of 13 exercises. With over 10 fundamental series, your instructor will mix and match exercises from different series to create a unique class. This means you will never have to do the same class twice!

  • Elyse

    Competitive dancer, instructor, and choreographer - Elyse is your go-to dance guru! Elyse is a certified dance instructor in the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and completed up to Advanced I Ballet Foundations in the Royal Academy of Dance. Trained in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary and pointe, Elyse has competed in provincial and international dance competitions, including Blackpool England.

    April is your number one personal trainer and coach! April completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Western, achieved her Level 2 Coaching Certificate and Precision Nutrition Level One Certification. April has been working as a coach and personal trainer for over 20 years and continues to grow and specialize in her field. April is also a certified instructor in Bosu, TRX, Stages Cycling and Joga. April brings her fitness expertise, methodologies, and strength the Ignyte Barre team.
